Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, all items are currently unexchangeable and non-refundable. We ask that you please review your order at check out to ensure you have selected the correct item(s) of your choice. 

Defective Items 

• If you receive a defective item, contact us at Veorahb@gmail.com within 3 DAYS to report the issue. Failure to notify us within this timeframe renders the item ineligible for return or replacement. Include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
• We are not liable for clothing damages resulting from improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
• Merchandise colors may vary due to photography, lighting, and monitor resolutions. Variations in clothing patterns do not qualify as defects.
